Summary:
June - August we accept 3+ night reservations. Please choose arrival days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday. Departure days can be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. No arrival or departure days for Thursday or Sunday.
Loon Lodge is a COMPLETELY REMODELED PRIVATE HOME with a perfect 100' sand swimming beach located on Pine Point
with direct access to Traders Bay on Leech Lake in Walker, MN.
We have a dock with boat lift and shore power, kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment.
Wood stove in the greatroom and wood is provided!
Oversize garage available to guests and indoor fish cleaning. Level walk to the lake with firepit. Wood provided.
The Space:
Very private 3 bedroom (+ queen sofa sleeper with air topper), 3 bath home with log furniture, fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor fish cleaning areas and beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Full unfinished basement to store gear.

- 8 person dining table on the deck
- Private road with only 12 cabins. Environmental lake across the road. Very peaceful and quiet
- 10 minutes to the casino and 15 to downtown Walker
- Wi-fi on mesh network
- Smart TV with USB outlets and master and queen bedrooms
- Granite kitchen tops, tile backsplash, LED lighting, wood and tile floors
- Dog friendly (up to 2 dogs allowed for an extra fee)
- High quality mattresses and bedding. All linens and towels provided
- Gas grill with propane provided
- Extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage for bait and beverages

In order to keep our rates down, we open/close bedrooms and baths based on your groups size (you still have the entire home, just not access to certain bedrooms and bathrooms).

4 - 5...2 bedrooms and baths + sofa sleeper
6 - 8...3 bedrooms and baths + sofa sleeper
Additional bedrooms and baths can be opened (Example: If you have 3 people and would like 2 bedrooms and baths we can open another bedroom and bathroom for $75 + tax. This is the total charge not a nightly charge).
Note: nightly rental fees are based on your total group size and automatically include the number of corresponding bedrooms and baths.
The Neighborhood:
About 12 cabins on a dead end road. Environmental lake across the street. Only two direct neighbors. Very private and peaceful!

You'll need a car.

We are 10 minutes from the Casino and 15 minutes to the town of Walker. We have 100' of perfect sand beach located on a private dead end road. Gentle weed free slope to into lake makes this beach ideal for swimming. We do consider dogs with a limit of 2 . The pet fee is $75 + tax/dog.

Summary: We loved this cute home! It was clean, roomy and well stocked. The wood stove with wood provided was the best after ice fishing and skiing! Having a garage to use was also a great bonus. Thank you!

Summary: Very nice place amenities were plentiful. Shoreline sandy and easy for our grandson to play in water. Firewood available to use along with a boat lift. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for the six of us. Will definitely come back

Summary: This is our second time staying at this rental and we absolutely love it! It has everything you could possibly need. The sandy beach is great for the kids and the rental provides a paddle boat and kayak...that kept the kids busy every day! Trees provide lots of shade, but there's also enough sun throughout the day. Lots of chairs by the beach and fire pit, which was also a huge hit each evening. Property provides firewood, as well! The cabin is VERY spacious and VERY clean. Proximity to Walker is convenient...we made several trips throughout the course of the week. Rick is a great host! We love this property - and you will, too!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our summer vacation at Loon Lodge Vacation home. The comfortable and nicely decorated lake house was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable time. The sandy beach and swimming area was enjoyed by all and having a boat lift was very useful. We hope to come back again.

Summary: Everything about this cabin/house was perfect! I was told from the 17-year-old on the couch that the pullout bed is the most comfortable one he has ever slept in. I personally have never seen a rental be so well stocked with spices and oils and tinfoil not to mention toilet paper and paper towels! The hosts have thought of everything and it made for a nice stress-free weekend! Thank you!!

Summary: Loon Lodge was probably the best experience we have had with VRBO's. It was immaculatly clean with easy access to everything we needed. The view was stunning with a short easy walk to the lake.
